Can I remove products in my Cart?

Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, click on Cart Icon'. You will be able to see all products in your cart. Click on the 'Remove' icon next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.

Is there any particular time of delivery?

All orders are delivered during business hours (8 AM - 8 PM), unless you have opted for a Midnight or a Fixed time delivery.

Can I choose my time of delivery?

By paying additional delivery charge, you have the option to choose a Fixed Time slot for delivery.

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don't worry. My order is delayed, what do I do?

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe mentioned during the order placement process. However, in some cases where the order is shipping through the ground shipping through logistics partners, it gets delayed beyond our control. Our team is proactively monitoring these orders and will send you regular updates. We request you to wait for the defined timeslot to get over. you can send an email to info@sadoudesign.com if the delivery slot is over.
